STEP ONE

Schedule Your Tour

Our friendly "No Sweat Tour" allows the public to gain access inside our gym walls to see firsthand our state of the art facility, communicate about current/past obstacles, current lifestyle, and learn about our philosophy to achieving true fitness. We want to get to know you and your goals better, what's worked and what hasn't, and what you can expect if you decide to move forward. 

STEP TWO

Start Your Free Trial

We encourage you to try before you buy!  After your tour we will set you up with a 7 Day Free Trial that will allow you access to all of our classes where you can experience what makes this place so special. You'll have access to our app where you can select from a variety of classes throughout the week.  We are so confident that we stand alone in the industry with our offerings that we want you to "test drive" the gym before committing. 

STEP THREE

Onboarding Process

Our mandatory Onboarding process is 4 one-on-one individual coaching sessions  (60-75 minutes) that allows every new member to learn how to safely and properly perform the movements. You will learn the standards of each movement, how to properly modify or scale the movements, become acclimated with the gym and equipment, meet our staff, and ultimately develop some baseline fitness before hopping into class. Your first month's membership is included in Onboarding, and we encourage all members to try and complete this within 4 weeks.
